ERA-MIN pre-announces the upcoming call for joint European research projects. The indicative total available budget amounts to 3.900.000 € (national public funding only). The total call volume with industrial co-funding is estimated to be up to ca. 6 M€. The call for pre-proposals is expected to open in April 2013 with a closing date late June 2013.
The aim of this ERA-MIN first Call is to enable a sustainable supply of non-energy raw materials for the European industries by supporting eco-efficient, environmentally sound technologies for minerals exploitation, as well as social dialogue activities to improve the image of mining/quarrying in Europe.
